Where to Volunteer in Katy

Katy Christian Ministries is seeking volunteers to help out in various sectors. These include:

  • Maintaining the community garden
  • Helping with childcare or the hotline at the crisis center

  • Helping out at special events like the Gala Fundraiser, 5K Run Against Violence, and others

Volunteers at KCM must be at least 13 years old and able to work at least two hours at a time.

Memorial Hermann Katy Hospital accepts volunteers to work at the information desk and gift shop, to visit with patients and their families, and to help transport patients. Hospital volunteers must complete an interview and commit to at least a year of service.

Houston Methodist West Hospital also has plenty of volunteer positions open in Katy. Volunteers are needed in the following areas:
