Can I cancel my move?
Yes, you can cancel your move up to 24 hours before the scheduled date for a full refund of your deposit. Cancellations made on the day of the move are non-refundable.
What is your cancellation policy?
We offer a full refund of your deposit if you cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled move. Please note that if you’ve taken advantage of our free box promotion and have received the boxes before the scheduled date, any unreturned boxes will result in a deduction from your deposit.
