Some of the areas that Outer Loop includes is Katy, Cypress, Sugar Land, Pearland and League City. These areas are more your suburban areas. You find homes with more land and bigger backyards for the kiddos to play in these areas. There are many lovely home options from new builds to fixer-uppers.
