Pricing and Fees

To secure your move, we require an upfront deposit covering the trip fee. On moving day, you’ll be responsible for the hourly rate and any supply charges. *Refer to our Cancellation Policy for more details.

The trip fee is a nominal charge added to your final bill. It covers the crew's time and fuel for traveling to and from your pick-up and drop-off locations.

The hourly rate is straightforward: you control how long you need our services. The clock starts when the crew arrives and you sign them in, and stops when you sign them out after the final item is unloaded or reassembled.

During busy periods such as late spring, weekends, or holidays, a surcharge of up to 20% may apply. If you’re looking to save, let us know in advance, and we can help you find the most cost-effective moving day.

While tipping is not mandatory, it is a nice way to show appreciation for the movers' efforts. A tip of 10% - 20% of the total bill is typically seen as generous.
