It’s Time to Move

While your presence isn't required, it's highly recommended. If you're unavailable, an adult over the age of 18 should be present to supervise the move and provide any necessary directions.

The duration of your move is flexible and depends on various factors. Since every move is unique, it's challenging to provide an exact timeframe. However, if you have a specific budget or time constraint, inform your crew leader, and the team will work within those limits.

We’ll provide details on the truck's capacity upfront. Should you require additional space, we can arrange for extra vehicles at a discounted rate.

Moving day can be overwhelming for pets, so we recommend arranging alternative care for them. If your pet needs to stay on-site, please keep them in a safe, designated space like a kennel or a separate room to ensure their safety and to prevent any disruptions.

Your safety is our top priority. We keep a close eye on the weather and will communicate any necessary changes to ensure a safe and smooth move.

If your attic has a sturdy, finished floor, such as plywood, our team can assist. However, for unfinished attics, we’re unable to help due to safety concerns. Thank you for your understanding.
